The rental of our competitively-priced apartments can be arranged at any time of the year. All guests will receive the Alto Adige Mobil Card that enables you to travel anywhere in South Tyrol free of charge.

  1. Reservations will only be finalised once a deposit of Euro 300,00 has been received.
  2. Check-out must be before 10:00 am.
  3. Check-in can be anytime after 4:00 pm.
  4. The final cleaning fee will be Euro 75,00 for two people. There will be an additional charge of Euro 15,00 per person for any additional guests.
  5. There will be a local tax of Euro 3,00 added to each person per day. Children younger than 14 years are free.
  6. SAT, heating, electricity, parking, a fully-furnished kitchen (ceramic stove tops, fridge, dishwasher etc), a bathroom with a shower and a toilet, a hair-dryer and bidet, a safe, Sat-TV, bed linen and towels are all included.
  7. There will be an additional daily charge of between Euro 25,00 and Euro 30,00 per day for any additional guests.
  8. Pets can be accomodated for upon request and extra charge. Allowed only in certain apartments.
  9. Mobilcard: Once you have received the Mobilcard, you be able to make full use of South Tyrol's public transportation system. This includes the following: All regional train services in South Tyrol (from Brennero to Trento, and from Malles to S. Candido); all local bus services (urban, extra-urban and city bus services); Renon, Maranya, San Genesio, Meltina and Verano cable cars; Renon tram, Mendola funicular and the Post Auto Schweiz bus service between Malles and Münstair;
  10. Free WIFI is included.
     

 

Cancellations and walk-outs

Deposits will not be returned upon cancellation. Due to italian law, a cancellation fee may be applied in the case of an early walk-out or a late check-out. If a cancellation, premature walk-out or late arrival does occur, legally speaking, we are fully entitled to charge anywhere between 50% to 100% of the final booking fee. We will, however, take all circumstances into consideration. We fully recommend that you take out travel insurance prior to arrival.
